My room didn't have any plug-ins by the bed. So if you have a CPAP machine or something make sure you can get a room with plugs near the bed. Luckily in my case I just wanted to be able to use my heat pad, and wasn't able to. Other than that though, our room was good. The staff were very nice though, we arrived late at about 2am to check in, due to a sudden storm we got stuck in on the way, and the misses running the front desk came and checked us in promptly, once we called the number posted on the front desk. She was very nice too. The hotel was nice and quiet, as well.

Had a great night here while on a tour. Our room was really clean and comfortable. I like having the sink separate from the toilet and shower so two people can get ready at once. Breakfast at Jungle Jim’s was amazing. Robin’s donuts is across the street.
Close to boat and robins and few stores , excellent staff restaurant inside the building is convenient
Stayed here as it would be a quick trip to the ferry. Room was adequate but the bathroom, although clean was very small. The toilet was difficult to use and no room to move. The bed was fine. During the night, we could hear people walking around.
Room was very expensive. However, it was the last room available after ferry cancelation. Bed spring was exposed a wee bit and was irritating. The restaurant food menu was OK. No breakfast service is available within the hotel, but Robins Donuts is close by and open early. Within 10 km of the ferry terminal
Rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly (had a lovely chat with the desk clerk on our last day while we were being served in the gift shop), and it's minutes away from the ferry. It's a great base for southeast Labrador!
The rooms are in good shape. Clean and tidy. Renovation on going now to give rooms on the bottom floor a make over and they are looking awesome. People are friendly and willing to help with nearly anything. Jungle Jims, Greco Pizza and Chester Fried Chicken under 1 room....just take my money! Location is convenient after a long drive from north or even just as you get off the ferry from Newfoundland. Not much open if you need to hit the road early but this hotel is situated right across from a robins donuts that has food and beverage that'll at minimum tie you over.
